Getting Started: Frequently Asked Questions

You'll find some common questions below, and here's a video with our founder Matt Sims running through how to sign up and get started with AvyyPro.





Q: How do I sign up for AvvyPro?

1. Go to app.avvy.pro/register
2. Enter the name of your firm and your email address
3. Choose a unique sub-domain name for your AvvyPro data portal
It's recommended to use a personal name rather than a corporate name, Eg. janesmith.avvy.pro rather than abclaw.avvy.pro.
Use only letters, numbers, and underscores ( _ ) or dashes ( - ) in the name

4. Enter your name only; the final domain will be shown below it. This URL is not changeable once created.


Q: How do I login to AvvyPro?

3. Check your inbox for an email containing a secure sign-in link
User credentials (username + password) are a common attack point for hackers seeking personal information. It's for that reason AvvyPro doesn't use them. If you're in control of your inbox, you're in control of the one and only key to your personal information. 


Q: How do I get clients to provide feedback?

When you first login to your dashboard you'll see your Client Feedback URL that you set up when you registered. It will be something like yourname.avvy.pro/clientsurvey. Just copy that URL and build it into your invoice template, end of matter communications and letters, or your email signature. The idea is to 'set and forget' it as much as possible, so you can get back to serving clients and let your processes automate the work of asking for feedback.



Q: Why isn't there anything showing on my Client Dashboard?

Probably because no one has responded just yet to the feedback survey. Be patient and give it some time, as it may take a few days or longer before clients start responding. But as soon as the first response comes in, you'll immediately see it show up on your dashboard.
